Mentoring For Youth (trading as The Mentoring Lab) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

Mentoring For Youth is a digital platform connecting young people with verified youth mentors. Our business operations include:
- Operating an online mentoring platform
- Recruiting and vetting youth mentors
- Providing safeguarding training and support
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions

- Require all suppliers to confirm their compliance with anti-slavery laws
- Review our supply chains regularly for any risks of modern slavery
- Provide training to relevant staff on identifying signs of modern slavery
- Maintain a clear reporting procedure for any concerns
